About me

The Lipperheide family has lived in Berlin for centuries and has close ties to the city.

I was born in Berlin and have re-located back to my beloved hometown in 2006, after many years of educational and work-related stays in Germany and abroad. I grew up multilingual (DE/EN/FR/SP) and feel at home in many countries and cultures.

After a first Masters degree in business administration at the Free University of Berlin and a major Masters degree in European management at the international business school ESCP with stays in Oxford and London, Madrid and Paris, I began my career at the European headquarters of IBM Consulting in Paris. This was followed in Germany by management positions at sporting goods manufacturer NIKE, in a new economy start-up, in large international advertising agencies and at Europe's largest sports marketer Sportfive, among others. For the 2009 World Athletics Championships in Berlin, I returned to Berlin in 2006 as Marketing Director, as part of the General Management team.

Since 2010, I have been moving very extensively and comprehensively in the world of real estate. In the field of local residential and commercial buildings, I am active as an independent Senior Sales Consultant exclusively at Germany’s leading provider, Engel & Völkers Commercial Berlin.

Over the past 15 years, I have advised on transactions with a volume of more than EUR 300 million in various national and international markets in the aforementioned asset sectors. 

Thanks to a very effectively operating local, but also far supra-regional and international network, I can initiate and fully support extremely varied real estate projects.
